As a famous leisure clothing city in China, Shishi has formed a textile and clothing industry chain with clothing processing and production as the core, covering 8 industrial clusters including synthetic fibers, new fabrics, hardware accessories, textile dyeing and finishing, casual men's clothing, children's clothing, clothing shoes and hats, casual pants, as well as 5 professional markets including clothing, fabrics, accessories, textile and clothing, and mechanical equipment. At present, with Shishi as the center and connecting with surrounding areas, the clothing industry sector has more than 10000 textile and clothing enterprises with an annual output value of over 100 billion yuan. It is one of the important textile and clothing production bases and distribution centers in China, and the first city awarded the title of "Digital Transformation Demonstration City of China's Clothing Industry" by the China Clothing Association.
In recent years, with the rapid development and digital transformation of the global clothing industry, digital technology has become an important driving force for industrial development. Regarding this, Shishi has taken digital technology as its core and introduced several measures to further promote the high-quality development of private enterprises. For public service platforms that settle and operate in this city and provide services in the industrial internet field, if the investment in software and hardware exceeds 3 million yuan and the service enterprises reach a certain scale, a subsidy of 10% of the platform investment will be given, with a maximum of 2 million yuan. Build a benchmark for digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading, and organize experts to select no more than 5 benchmark demonstration projects annually from aspects such as digital transformation, intelligent upgrading, and networked collaboration. Each project will be given a one-time reward of 300000 yuan.
In order to promote the comprehensive digitization of the textile and clothing industry, Shishi actively connects with the introduction of cloud application service provider resources, leading and supporting enterprises to deploy low-cost and modular cloud software and systems around key links such as research and development design, production control, business management, and industrial equipment services, promoting the integration and application of information systems such as ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, and key technologies of intelligent manufacturing in factories, and improving the level of digitalization and informatization. Taking the lead in launching the "Smart Shishi Industry and Information Technology Comprehensive Service Platform" in the province, we aim to build a "1234N" industrial enterprise comprehensive service system that links cities, towns (streets), parks, and enterprises, with coordinated efforts from various city (element) departments. Cooperate with Overseas Chinese University to jointly build a comprehensive service platform - Shishi Huada Digital Economy Research Institute, to assist in the digital upgrading of the textile and clothing industry, and form a trade industry chain and supply chain system driven by new formats, supported by big data, information sharing, and intelligent cooperation.
In addition, Shishi is accelerating the construction of the Clothing Intelligent Manufacturing Park and the Jinshang Intelligent Manufacturing Park, comprehensively promoting the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of the entire process of research and development design, production manufacturing, operation management, and sales services, and creating a clothing digital industrial standard park. As of now, all 135000 square meters of standard factories in the old park of Shishi Clothing Intelligent Manufacturing Park have been put into use, including 15 high-quality clothing enterprises such as liquor clothing, Chuanyang clothing, and Yibi Cheng clothing; Four projects, including the Fujian headquarters project of Yuantong Express in the new park, the standard factory and warehousing research and development sales center of Industrial Investment Group, and the Guotou Shicheng Leading Show project, with a total investment of 5.06 billion yuan, have been launched; Another 36 companies intend to settle in the factories and warehousing research and development centers under development and construction by state-owned enterprises.
